Record Types

일단 Unique picklist를 잘못 번역했어. 각 팀마다 서로 다른 picklist value를 쓰고 싶다는건데 unique picklist를 고유한 값으로 쓰고 싶다고 알아듣고 Global Value Set에 저장하면 되겠다고 생각했는데. 사실 여기서 말한 unique는 각팀마다 서로 다른 값을 사용하고 싶다고 한거야. Global Value Set은 여러 필드가 같은 값을 사용할때 쓰는것이고, Record Types에서는 같은 필드인데 값을 다르게 보여주는 거기 때문에 문제에서 요청한 기능을 구현하려면 Record Types을 써야하는거야.

Stage Selected Values in the Sales Processes

핵심은 Stage 값은 “Record Type”이 아니라 “Sales Process”에서 컨트롤한다는 거야.

Renewal 팀은

  • Opportunity 필드는 대부분 동일하게 사용

Case Close Page Layout

Case Close Page Layout은 Case를 Close할 때만 뜨는 전용 레이아웃. Object Manager에서 만드는 일반 Page Layout이랑 다름. 따로 존재하는 거임. 평소에는 상담 중이라 입력 필드 많으면 귀찮음. Close 할 때만 Resolution 입력 받기.

  1. Setup > Object Manager > Case > Page Layouts > Case Close Page Layout

    • 종료할 때 필요한 필드 배치
    • 필수값 설정 가능
