• Profile Login Hours – 콜센터 직원은 업무 시간에만 로그인해야 한다
• Login IP Range – 특정 네트워크에서만 로그인
• Trusted IP Range – 회사에서는 인증코드 없이 로그인

로그인 제한은 Profile에서 한다.

Profile Login Hours

1. Setup > Profiles > [Custom: Support Profile] > Login Hours > Edit
